The Two-week Turnaround Tour or T3 is a community filmmaking project. Filmblazer will visit 14 cities over 7 months. We will write, shoot, and screen a short film in each city in just two-weeks. We, at filmblazer, believe everyone has something to offer in the collaborative art of filmmaking. We invite you to join us on this grand adventure.

Meet your Tour Team
Joshua J Mills: One day I
said "hey, I have an idea". Then I waited for Jamie to tell me I was dumb and that it was
a ridiculous plan, but instead was shocked when she told me it was a good idea. So here
we are. I got into filmmmaking as a college student majoring in business. Since then, I
have continued making movies to entertain myself mostly and occasionally my friends. I
cannot wait to work with everyone and create some movie magic.
Jamie Blankenship: I will
be living in an RV with Josh for 7 months. I wasn't sure if we'd really tested our
relationship in the 6 years we've known each other so I thought 7 months in a confined
space with the added pressure of making movies would be a good idea. In short, I'm crazy!
All kidding aside, I cannot wait to meet everyone along the way and hope to create some
really exciting films.

- What is the Two-week Turnaround tour?
- The Two-week turnaround tour or T3 is a community filmmaking project. Filmblazer will visit 14 cites over 7 months. We will write, shoot, and screen a short film in each city in just two-weeks.
- How does it all work?
- Josh and Jamie get in an RV with all their Film equipment. We show up to a city and are greeted by our City Leader. We then have a kick off event, bringing together everyone who wants to help with the film. We work together to write a sweet film, shoot it, edit it, export it. We take a nap. We premiere the film, broadcasting live. We get in RV and drive to the next city. Repeat 14 time.
- What is a City Leader?
- The city leader is the local liaison for each city and will be our go-to person throughout production. The city leader needs to be a motivated, organized, film enthusiast that will help us build the city teams, scout locations, plan the premiere event, and basically be responsible for making sure Josh and Jamie get to keep their sanity. - What can I do to help make a short film?
- This is a wide open question. Do you have access to a coffee shop? Do you have a ton of junk aka props? Can you make costumes? Are you really good with makeup? Do you like feeding people? We want everyone to bring something to the film because everyone has something to offer. Join a city and tell us what you can do. Plus we welcome people that can write, edit, act, light, you know normal film stuff :-)
- What are the films about?
- The films are fictional short films that will be written upon arriving in each city. Each film will be independent and unique from the films from other cities. The subject of the film will be inspired by the resources and locations available to us.
- I don't live near a city
- That's OK , if you have a computer you can location scout, spread the word, or just help team members get things done. If you think of any sweet opportunities for yourself, let us know. Don't forget you can always subscribe to the blog and sit back and enjoy the show.
- I want to help with documenting the process?
- Awesome, come take pictures, write a story, interview us, film behind the scenes, paint a portrait, choreograph an interpretive dance explaining the process. Ok maybe not that last one but tell us your ideas and we'll help make it happen.
- Who will pay for the production of our city's film?
- We will have local City Sponsors financing the production of that city's short film. We believe by having local sponsors responsible for the production that we are using all aspects of the city's resources thus the short film is really a reflection of that city. So if you work for or know someone who would like to sponsor your city's film let us know.
